3 | tb | Flour |
3 | tb | Melted butter |
1 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | White wine |
1/2 | c | Sharp Cheddar cheese |
2 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
3/4 | lb | Cooked crab meat |
1 | pk | Lobster tails; cooked |
1 | lb | Shrimp; cooked |
Mix flour & butter in pan & gradually add milk, cooking until thick. Slowly blend in wine, grated cheese & Worcestershire. Cook until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
