3tbFlour
3tbMelted butter
1cMilk
1/2cWhite wine
1/2cSharp Cheddar cheese
2tbWorcestershire sauce
3/4lbCooked crab meat
1pkLobster tails; cooked
1lbShrimp; cooked

Mix flour & butter in pan & gradually add milk, cooking until thick. Slowly blend in wine, grated cheese & Worcestershire. Cook until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
